2. In short

• Our pages set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking tools. Pages, pictures, styles and scripts come from our own domain.
• The catalog games are provided by Playgama. A game loads from Playgama's servers only after you press Play. What happens from then on is described in section 5.

3. Hosting and delivery (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver the pages, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the page requested, date and time, browser and operating system information and the referring page, and may keep this information in security and performance logs. We do not run our own access logs or analytics for this website.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. Cookies and storage on your device

Our pages do not set cookies and do not store anything on your device. Cookies that Playgama and its partners may set after you press Play are described in section 5.

5. Playing a catalog game (Playgama)

A game page first shows only a picture of the game and a Play button. Nothing is loaded from Playgama until you press Play. When you press Play, your browser loads the game in a frame from playgama.com. Provider: LeadToChanges L.L.C-FZ (“Playgama”), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What is transmitted: your IP address, browser and device information, the address of our page and our partner ID, so that Playgama can credit our share of the game's revenue to us.

Inside the game Playgama and its advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technologies, show ads (for example video and rewarded ads), measure whether ads were seen, save your game progress and process in-game purchases. Playgama decides how this data is used; details are in Playgama's privacy policy: playgama.com/confidential.

Legal basis: your consent, which you give by pressing Play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). The text next to the button tells you this before you press it. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future: close the game page and delete the cookies of playgama.com in your browser settings. Without pressing Play you can use our website without any connection to Playgama.

Transfers outside the EU: Playgama is based in the United Arab Emirates. There is no EU adequacy decision for this country. According to its privacy policy, Playgama uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers.

Our share: we receive a share of the revenue Playgama earns from ads and purchases in games started from our website. For this, Playgama gives us aggregated statistics (for example plays and revenue per game). We do not receive data that identifies you.

If JavaScript is switched off, a game page shows a link to the game on playgama.com instead of the Play button. The same applies once you follow that link.

6. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your message and your contact details to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). E-mails to kontakt@sl-sp.de reach our own mail server at Contabo in a data centre in the EU and are forwarded from there to a Gmail mailbox where we read and answer them. Gmail is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; processing by Google LLC in the USA is possible (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

7. Children

Our pages collect no personal data. The games and the ads inside them are provided by Playgama; parents can find details in Playgama's privacy policy.

8. Storage period

We do not store data about visitors of this website. E-mails are deleted when they are no longer needed to handle your request and no statutory retention periods apply.
